Human Resources Benefits Specialist -Temporary, FT
Starting 9/3/19 until mid-January 2020. Provides support for the HR Office by maintaining highly confidential personnel records and benefit information. Updates HRIS database and prepares reports. Provides guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefits plans. Conducts new hire benefits orientation. Reviews bi-weekly payroll pertaining to new hires and employee benefits changes. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably benefits administration, or a master’s degree in HR Management or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably benefits administration.
